At our Vision Night on March 18, 2026, we announced Chris Fleck’s transition to Executive Pastor and that we would seek a full-time Worship Pastor. Since that announcement, the leadership has been in continuous prayer to seek God’s will for this role. After interviews, conversations, and meetings with his family, the leadership of NLCC has hired Ben Grimsey to serve as our next Worship Pastor!

I care deeply about developing volunteers and creating healthy team cultures where people grow spiritually, musically, and technically as they serve the church.”

FAQs

  • Ben grew up in Noblesville, Indiana and completed a Certificate of Worship at Seacoast School of Worship and a Worship Residency at Northview Church in Carmel, IN.

    He most recently served as the Creative Arts Coordinator at Creekside Church in Pryor, OK. Previous to that, he served as the Associate Pastor of Worship at Kirklin Christian Church in Kirklin, IN.

  • Ben led worship at NLCC on May 17th. He and his wife, Caitlin, will relocate to the area the week of July 6th and begin serving on July 13th. Join us for a special time of prayer over them following both services on July 12th.

  • Chris will continue to serve NLCC in the role of Executive Pastor where he’ll oversee the staff, operations and execution of ministry.
